Regional numbers formatting configuration

Allow users to display monetary amounts using their locale's number format. Currently amounts always render with a period as the decimal separator and comma as the thousands separator (e.g. 17,352.25). Some regions use the inverse – comma for decimals, period for thousands (e.g. 17.352,25)

Not only on the UI, but also in imports & exports.

I'd like to add two important points to consider for this implementation:

    • Currency Symbol Placement:

Along with separators, please ensure the placement of currency symbols/codes follows the user's locale (e.g., displaying 17.352,25 € or 17.352,25 $ with the symbol after the amount in German/EU locales, rather than prefixing it like $17,352.25).

    • Form Inputs:

In addition to display, imports, and exports, form input fields should also support the localized decimal separator.
