Transform budgeting from passive tracking to active spending control. This epic encompasses all features needed to help users not just track where money went, but actively prevent overspending before it happens.

Includes: Budget Alerts, Category-Linked Budgets, Recurring Budgets, Safe to Spend indicators, Spending Pace tracking, Envelope Mode, and Goals Integration.

    In my actual app (Money Pro) budget is used to prevent overspend and I can set to amount as montly, yearly, etc. This function is really usefull for my budget, thanks
