Account data backups

Different thing from the data export. Data export is a verbose and transformed human-readable format of data. Backups on another hand is a structure that allows to literally backup all user-specific information – data, settings, keys, etc.

• ability to export backup;

• ability to import backup to restore older account state. Useful for the cases when user did some import and messed up his data, or just wanna rollout changes at some point in the history;

• scheduled reccurring backup (once in a period of time);

Feature closes the gap of restoring “broken state” (after bad statement import, after accidental deletions, etc), and allows users to switch to self-hosting/cloud version smoothly.
