Add version information to the ui

It is not really necessary on a cloud-hosted instance, but it is helpful when running a self-hosted one - especially when creating issues where the image tag is latest. However, latest can also refer to an earlier version if the image hasn’t been updated yet with a docker pull. Thus, it would be helpful to find the version information somewhere in the settings. Perhaps it could be placed in an "About" section in the settings or in the top right, alongside the Feedback and Support buttons. I’m not sure what would suit it best.
