Akahu (NZ) account integration

NZ users currently need a paid Lunch Flow account even though Akahu itself is the open-banking layer

this adds Akahu the same way Monobank and Lunch Flow work: personal app token + user token, read-only

an implementation already exists and I am offering it as a PR
