Default action "Link to existing" for category mapping on import

Currently (v0.27.4) when importing CSV, selecting the option:
“Map each CSV category to existing categories (on next step)",

defaults to each map action being "Create new" instead of “Link to existing" . Making it default to “Link to existing” instead would greatly improve import speed.

To clarify, the option “Create new categories from CSV values” should still default to "Create new". I also believe pressing "Reset” during mapping would reset all actions to the respective default.
