Can you please provide more details? What’s the flow, what broker are you using, which locale, any chance for sample CSV file so I can reproduce it? Without all this I’m unable to help unfortunately

Update: confirmed, the UTF-8 BOM was causing the failure in "AI Import" — removing it (and stripping the exchange prefix from the ticker) lets the file get processed.

However, in "CSV Import" (manual mapping), the transaction type dropdown only offers two options: Buy and Sell. There's no Dividend option.

In my case this blocks 121 of 167 rows (72% of the file), which are cash dividends (Cash Dividends). Without a third option in that selector, I have no way to map/import those transactions — I can only bring in buys and sells.

Is adding "Dividend" (and maybe "Deposit/Contribution", which is also in my CSV) as mappable transaction types on the roadmap?

Wasn’t really before on the roadmap, but indeed it’s a gap, so will add it to the TODOs

Will be fixed with the next release. For now you can actually use MCP to import everything that you need – AI can handle parsing and direct API call much better in this case
