Extra levels of categories nesting – 4 or 5

Current level is limited to 3. Technically it is possible to have no limits. I saw some users expect to have 4 levels of nesting for their extra needs, so this proposal is about extending it to 4 levels. But if more needed – please leave a comment explaining the use-case
