Feature request: automation action for transfers between named accounts

Repeated top-ups from the user's Erste Bank account to the user's Revolut bank account should be recognized as transfers automatically, including cases the generic amount/date matcher misses.

Requested rule shape (illustrative):

WHEN all:
  receiving account = Revolut
  transaction type = income (optional)
  note contains "Top-Up by"    # no card digits in the rule or this report
  source account = Erste
THEN:
  link the matching Erste expense and Revolut income as a transfer

A review tag does not solve this: the unmatched Revolut deposit still counts as income.
