Allow users to plan major future financial events that can change their financial situation and have their impact reflected in cash flow, net worth, FIRE and retirement projections.

Examples:

• Lump sum bonus - 100k SEK bonus expected in 2027

• Pension becoming accessible - pension income becoming available in 2045

• Buy a villa in 2028 -5M SEK purchase with a 700k SEK down payment and 4.3M SEK mortgage. The 700k can be tracked as a Financial Goal, while the property purchase becomes a Milestone because it introduces a mortgage changing the user's future debt, cash flow, net worth, FIRE and retirement projections.

These milestones should be marked in the Networth /Fire/Retirement planning graph.
