Multi-user financial collaboration — share resources, collaborate on transactions, settle up debts.
This is an umbrella post tracking the future direction of sharing in MoneyMatter. The sub-features below are independent and can be delivered in any order — upvote the ones you care about most.
Already shipped: account sharing (share specific accounts with read / write / manage permissions, transaction policies, invitations, member management) and the household layer (give your spouse or partner blanket access to every account you own, now and in the future).
Future sub-features (each gets its own post — vote individually):
• Expand sharing to budgets, categories, subscriptions, portfolios, and tags.
• Audit log, per-user transaction splits, granular policies.
• Settle-up and re-sharing (Splitwise-style).
• Public link sharing and invite-link auto-signup.
• Private transactions on shared accounts.
• Multi-base-currency household members.
• Ownership transfer.
