Loading older transactions using bank sync

The app currently doesn't allow users to load older transactions when they first connect a bank using bank sync. It shows the message: "Cannot load transactions before account link date."

We already have a Merge Duplicate Transactions option in the Data Connection tab which can be used if someone has manually added older transactions.
