Mortgage enhancement

We need to enhance the mortgage section and its related features.

There should be a historical visualization showing how the split between interest payments and principal repayments has evolved over time.

My monthly mortgage payment consists of both interest and principal repayment. I’m currently splitting the transaction into two parts but I can’t link the principal repayment part to the mortgage account. It only allows me to transfer or link the full transaction amount.

    We also don’t have the option to modify old records in the mortgage section. I made a lump-sum prepayment on my mortgage from my current account last year but it is showing as an expense rather than a transfer between two accounts because the current mortgage account doesn’t allow modification of old records.

    Mortgage accounts also often have escrow accounts that get paid into for property taxes and home insurance. I have no way to tell MM that my monthly payment includes that escrow, so it thinks I'm going to pay off the loan 12 years earlier than I actually will.

    Also, I have my mortgage servicer connected via SimpleFin, but I can't really use the synced information in any practical way. I can't mark the account as a loan, and I can't connect the manually created mortgage account to the data sync. It makes a pretty substantial differ ceto my overall financial position, so I want to include it, but I haven't found a particularly effective way to do so yet.
