Naming an UI consistency

I've noticed a few different design choices.

Mixed upper and lower case for titles and buttons / mixed background and no background:

Everywhere grey scale title icon except FIRE:

Sometimes the + sign is in front of the label, sometimes trailing:

Even though these are no big deal but it could slightly improve consistency and overall experience. Really not important, but I’m a perfectionist and if I notice such thing I have to share them. Fully up to you to change this in case you agree or leave it as is.
