Ownership transfer

Hand over ownership of a resource (or a household relationship) to another user. Useful when the primary household account holder leaves the platform, when responsibility shifts inside the household, or when a couple separates and one needs to take over the shared finances.

The new owner gets full owner-level rights; the original owner becomes a recipient (or loses access if they prefer). Existing shares on the resource follow the new owner per their choice.
