Introduce a "Lent & Borrowed" ledger within the existing Payee architecture. This feature will allow users to tag specific payees, log money moving in either direction (Lent vs. Borrowed), track running balances per payee, and record full or partial repayments without disrupting the core categorical expense budgets.
