Pivot table

Feature Request

In the pivot table can be usefull to show the total expense+income.

For me is usefull to see the “gran total” expense+income in the same row without switch the dropdown.

    (a) one net number per period (income − expense)

    If the category is income with + before the number

    If the category is negative with - before the number

    Quick check so I build the right thing: in the bottom "Total" row, do you want

    (a) one net number per period (income − expense),
    (b) income and expense shown next to each other, or
    (c) income and expense categories mixed in the same table?

    A screenshot with drawings, or sketch, or an real-life example would help a lot :)
