Rebuild Balances From Transactions

If the field balance_after_transaction isn’t provided by bank sync the balance trend doesn’t show useful data. It’s even worse if it is mixed with credit card account because the credit card payoff is shown as a real income, even though the transfer (income on credit card account and expense on bank account > transfer) should net out to zero. The screenshot only shows an environment with Enable Banking synced bank account without credit card account.
