Schedule Subscription and Bill Payments

I need to be able to create a subscription that repeats on a specified date, allowing users to set an end date and frequency for each payment. The transaction can be generated from within the subscription itself (I don't have access to my bank account).

Use cases:
The internet bill arrives on the 4th of each month. Create a subscription that notifies you on the 4th, allowing you to mark the payment as completed. This subscription can then repeat indefinitely.

If you buy a shirt on installments (March 3rd, 3 installments), create a subscription that will automatically end after 3 installments.

If you buy cat food every month, the payment date can vary. For example, you could set it to repeat on the 10th of each month but allow payment before the due date.

Note: In my case, this would need to be done manually since I don't have access to my bank account. This would make manually entering transactions much easier.
