Use base currency variable as label

I noticed that for the spike markers the label for min change is a fixed translation. Even though $ represents money all over the world and it can also manually be translated to the common currency for the given language, but it would even be a slight improvement to use the base currency as variable.

And, I don’t know how much effort it is to change this, but in a paid off loan the effective costs are fixed to dollar cents and dollars:

Perhaps this can be formatted more general to fit every language. Of course, as a workaround it can still be translated into the most common currency for the display language, if it’s too complicated.
