Add support for loans that the user gives to other people, in addition to loans that the user owes.
For example, if I lend someone $1,000, I should be able to record it as a loan receivable and track the outstanding amount.
This would make the existing loan functionality work in both directions: money borrowed by the user and money lent by the user.
